We want everyone to have a chance to purchase our items, therefore all of our inventory is made-to-order (unless stated otherwise). Please allow 4-8 weeks for production & shipping. All items are shipped via Fed-Ex, and tracking numbers are updated & sent via email. Any questions about shipping should be emailed to


We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged, or if it was damaged/lost in the shipping process. If you would prefer store credit or an exchange if your product was faulty or damaged, that can be arranged by emailing

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received & inspected, you will be sent an automated email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed, & a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't recieved a refund yet, check your bank account again. If still not there, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your funds, please contact us at
